Granted the AlliedSignal (Bendix Electric Power) 1987 Inventor Award Medal And US patent for “The Wave Form Power Converter Synthesizer” Which is a power converter supplying an output wave shape as a function of an oscillator input driving a power output switching stage.
Designed, developed and tested field effect transistor drivers for switching high power bipolar transistors converters.
Applied to Variable Speed Constant Frequency Converter air cooled for the Gulfstream III Aircraft, F4 Fighter and oil cooled F22 electric system.
