How to Prepare and Submit
Proposals must be submitted to (Click to show email) by 30 April 2022 to be considered. You can submit either in digital format (jpg, pdf, png, tif) or a scanned copy of a hand-drawn sketch.*
Designs must include the following a clear reference to the 50th Anniversary Celebration and the registered AESS logo (see below). The selected AESS registered logo must be included without modification. Specifically, any visual elements such as playing up the number for the year or if used in a container shape or alongside other graphical "celebratory" elements can be appended to the AESS logo as a lock-up version (placed to the side or stacked) or in such a way without encroaching on the minimum clear space around a trademark, so as to avoid compromising the approved mark. The area covered by the proposed AESS 50th Anniversary logo should not exceed 200% of the original AESS logo.
*The selected logo design will be edited and/or modified by a professional graphic designer to ensure quality and specification requirements for print and web have been met.
Requirements
- By entering the AESS 50th Anniversary logo contest, entrants grant the IEEE AESS a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right and license to reproduce, publish, display, edit, and otherwise use the submitted logo.
