This application should be completed by a Chapter Officer.

The application should include: 

The nomination form submitter should be a chapter officer, and the chapter activities (meetings and events) noted within this nomination should also be reported officially in IEEE vTools. Then, completing the nomination requires:

• A listing with a description of the chapter’s activities for the year. (please prepare a pdf) Additional documentation of how the performance was particularly noteworthy in terms of events, engagement in AESS initiatives, publicity, membership, and or governance is welcome.
• Two letters of recommendation from AESS members. These letters are typically expected to be from the chapter volunteers who are submitting the nomination but may be from any other AESS members who wish to express their knowledge and support of the chapter.
