Mentoring Program Sign Up

To become a Mentor or a Mentee, please sign up for the program.  The program is designed to bring our community together and to foster the development of younger professionals.  The program allows participants complete flexibility to manage the frequency, duration, and method of interaction in a way that suits both the Mentor and Mentee.

Eligibility Conditions

AESS Membership
Participation in the AESS Mentorship Program requires mentees and mentors to be AESS members.
Instructions on how to become and AESS member can be found here.  

Mentees may be members of any grade. Student participation is highly encouraged.
Mentors must be above student member grade. 

Supported Mentee-Mentor Matching
A mentee can select up to three mentor preferences from the available mentors featured on the Mentor Profiles page.
If no preferences are listed upon signing up, the AESS can assist a mentee to find a suitable mentor.

Please search through Mentor Profiles to connect with professionals in your technical area and/or in your geographic location.
