AESS provides funding for activities at sponsored conferences and to AESS Chapters and Student Branch Chapters. Before submitting a funding request, please ensure you have reviewed the AESS Funding Request Guidelines

The types of funding requests are defined in the AESS Funding Request Guidelines.
Conference Activity
To request financial support of an activity at a conference or event in the AESS field of interest. This form is not for IEEE conference sponsorships or chapters requesting funding.
Annual Chapter and Student Branch Funding
Chapters are encouraged to apply annually for financial support of up to $500 USD ($250 for Student Branch Chapters) to fund local AESS chapter activities and small initiatives.
Chapter Activity Funding
This form is to be completed for IEEE AESS Chapters for requests greater than the Annual Funding, which should be exhausted before requesting additional funding.
