AESS Annual Chapter Funding Application Form

Chapters are encouraged to apply annually for financial support of up to $500 ($250 for Student Branch Chapters) to fund local AESS chapter activities and small initiatives. Funding will be automatically approved upon completion of the form and review of the VP Member Services. There are no additional requirements.

The deadline for application submission is November 15 for each calendar year. The information to be included in the form refers to the current year when the application is submitted.

Important: To avoid delays, this step must be completed before submitting your request.

You must be listed as a current, authorized officer in IEEE vTools Officer Reporting prior to submitting your request. It is the responsibility of the Chapter and/or Section to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. An existing officer or the Section can make updates directly in vTools. Please note that AESS cannot assist with this process.
