Aerospace and Electronics Systems Society (AESS) members working in Industry and Government Agencies are engaged daily in addressing and satisfying the many diverse needs of the larger community and indeed the world. They must stay up-to-date on accepted practice in their fields of expertise, and they must remain open to and apprised of new and emerging methods. Our industry practitioners devote significant time and energy to stay current and to develop informed, balanced points of view.
Industry Relations supports them by focusing AESS training, lectures, conferences, publications, and standards to be of maximal value to practitioners from young professionals just embarking on their career to seniors assuming positions of greater technical leadership.
AESS pursues vibrant relationships with Industry to align with their needs, encourage responsible technological and product development, and undertake objective assessments of the impact of such developments on the larger community. We spotlight new and ongoing industry activities that may merit further investigation and development. We strive to provide our members with an increased awareness of our community of interest and an improved opportunity to engage broadly in the profession.
