IEEE AESS ESPRIT Student Branch Chapter Hosts Astro Talk 3.0: Expanding Horizons in Aerospace and Space Exploration
Astro Talk 3.0, hosted by the IEEE AESS Esprit Student Branch Chapter, recently wrapped up with a series of lively talks that fascinated and enhanced attendees' understanding of aerospace and space exploration. Experts provided their knowledge for five days, from July 10th to 14th, 2024, inspiring interest and passion in students .
The event opened with Abir Tabarki's "Introduction to AESS," in which she offered an in-depth description of the Aerospace & Electronic Systems Society (AESS), emphasizing its role in developing aerospace technology and encouraging creativity.
On July 11th, Fedi Nabli led a technical session titled "C++ for Aerospace Simulations: From Missiles to Flight Training." This program provided a thorough look at how C++ is used to simulate aerospace systems, which is useful for anyone interested in the industry's technical aspects.
The third day featured Djedidi Kayoum's session, "Leveraging IEEE Resources: From Volunteering to Scholarship Success," in which he described his experience with IEEE and provided practical tips on how to use IEEE membership benefits.
Thameur Chebbi's talk on July 13th, "Small but Mighty: Journeying with CubeSats from Earth to Orbit," looked at the evolution and effect of CubeSats in space exploration, highlighting their potential for research.
The event concluded with Amir Baroudi's "Cosmic Explorers Unite: Igniting Passion in the Space Enthusiasts Session," an amazing and inspiring presentation that carried the audience on a cosmic trip through the wonders of the universe.
