Stefania Santini is Professor of Systems and Control Engineering (Automatica) at the University of Napoli "Federico II", Italy, where she leads the Distributed Automation Systems Lab (DAiSYLab - https://daisylab.dieti.unina.it/).
Her research interests include nonlinear control of nonlinear and cyber-physical systems, time-delayed systems and networked control, cooperative control of multi-agent system (MAS), autonomous driving and their applications to energy, automotive engineering, transportation technologies. She is involved in many projects with industry, including small- and medium-sized enterprises. She is currently member of the IEEE ITSS Board of Governors - (IEEE ITSS BoG Member). She is also the Vice-chair of the IEEE ITSS - Italian Chapter and member of the IEEE TC on Smart Cities (TC-SC) and member of the IFAC TC 2.2.
