Educational Background: Bachelor Degrees in Math, Physics and Civil Engineering.
Background Experience: Approximately seven years at MN/DOT Physical Research Section working with flexible pavement designs.
Approximately six years with Amoco Production Company (now BP) as a mechanical engineer.
Approximately one year at Eglin AFB in the Armament Lab as a fixed target analysis engineer and three years in Development and Plans as an assistant planner for future weapons, sensors and fixed targets.
Approximately twenty four years at Holloman AFB as an inertial and embedded GPS inertial test analyst -- more at the system level than the component level.
Other Technical Experience: Backgrounds in least squares analysis, ridge regression analysis, principle component analysis, time series analysis and statistical confidence and power analysis. Experienced in Fortran Programming and somewhat in C++ Programming.
Currently: I am retired. I am associated with the GAP on an informational basis.
