AESS Activity Funding Request for Conference Activities

The purpose of this form is to request financial support of an activity at a conference or event in the AESS field of interest. This form is not for conference sponsorships or chapters requesting funding.

Requests must be submitted a minimum of 90 days before the event for AESS to review the application and for IEEE to process the funding request.

Conference Sponsorships
AESS financially and technically sponsors over 30 conferences annually. If you wish for AESS to become an official sponsor of your conference, please follow the instructions on this page.

For Chapters in India

Funds will transfer to the Chapter's CB account or a Section/IEEE entity CB account and that Section will then release funds to the Chapter. Make sure you get in touch with that Section/IEEE entity to ensure that they are willing to accept the funds for you).

CHAPTERS LOCATED IN INDIA: YOU CANNOT SELECT THIS OPTION AS YOU DO NOT HAVE AN IEEE HOP OR CB ACCOUNT. YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED IF YOU DO NO SELECT OPTION 3 AND FILL OUT ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.
