Event Summary: Dr. Kumar Vijay Mishra, Senior Fellow at the United States DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory presented two IEEE AESS Distinguished Lectures titled "Vehicular joint radar-communications" at the West Virginia University (WVU) Lane Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at Morgantown, West Virginia, USA.
