Andrea Nardin received the M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering and the Ph.D. degree (Hons.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, in 2018 and 2023, respectively. Since 2018, he has been with the Navigation Signal Analysis and Simulation (NavSAS) Group at Politecnico di Torino. In 2021, he was a Visiting Doctoral Researcher at the Information Processing Laboratory (IPL), Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications at Politecnico di Torino.

His research focuses on signal processing architectures and signal design for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) and next-generation Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems. His Ph.D. thesis was recognized with the 2024 Best Ph.D. Thesis Award from the IEEE AESS Italy Chapter.

Dr. Nardin has actively contributed to the scientific community through editorial and organizational roles. He serves as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Magazine and has been a Guest Editor for the IEEE Journal of Radio Frequency Identification. He was a session chair and organizing committee member for the 2023 IEEE International Conference on Wireless for Space and Extreme Environments (WiSEE 2023), and has served on the Technical Program Committee for multiple editions of the same conference.
