Fabrizio Santi (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree (cum laude) in telecommunications engineering and the Ph.D. degree in remote sensing from Sapienza University of Rome, Italy, in September 2010 and June 2014, respectively.
From April 2013 to September 2013, he was a visiting researcher at the Microwave Integrated Systems Laboratory, University of Birmingham, U.K. Since 2014, he has been with the Department of Information Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Sapienza University of Rome, where he is currently an Assistant Professor.
His main research interests include SAR and inverse SAR techniques, passive coherent location radar systems, and multidimensional radar imaging. He has participated in scientific research projects funded by the European Commission, the Italian Space Agency, the European Space Agency, and the national radar industry.
Dr. Santi has been an Associate Editor for IEEE Access since 2021 and for the IEEE Sensors Journal since 2022. Since 2024, he has also served as Associate Editor for Radar Systems for the IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems.
