Jiang Zhu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronic science and technology from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2016. He was a Visiting Student with Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA, in 2015. He joined the College of Ocean, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2016, and is currently an Associate Professor. His current research interests include statistical signal processing, compressed sensing, modulo sampling, generated models, and their applications.

Dr. Zhu serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems and the Handling Editor for Digital Signal Processing.
