Savio Sciancalepore (Member, IEEE) is Assistant Professor in Wireless and IoT Security at TU Eindhoven.

He received the Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the Polytechnic University of Bari, Bari, Italy, in 2013 and 2017, respectively.

He has been an Assistant Professor with the Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven, Netherlands, since January 2021. From 2017 to 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Hamad Bin Khalifa University, College of Science and Engineering, Doha, Qatar. Dr. Sciancalepore received the Prestigious Award from the ERCIM Security, Trust, and Management Working Group for the Best Ph.D. Thesis in Information and Network Security in 2018.

He is also serving for the TPC of several top-notch security conferences, and as an Academic Editor for several leading journals in network security. His major research interests include applied network security and privacy issues in Wireless, Mobile and Internet of Things networks.
