Quan Yinghui is a Leading Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Xidian University, serves as Dean of the School of Information Mechanics and Sensing Engineering, Director of the Advanced Information Institute at Xidian University’s Hangzhou Research Institute, and Director of the Shaanxi Innovation Center for Multi-Source Fusion Detection and Recognition.

Professor Quan has secured prestigious awards, including the National Talent Program and Shaanxi Distinguished Young Scientist Fund. He leads strategic initiatives such as the NSFC Key Program, National Key R&D Program projects, and critical technology cluster developments.

His research output includes 60+ authorized invention patents and 100+ SCI publications. Recognized with the First Prize of Shaanxi Technology Invention Award, Ministerial-Level Technology Invention Second Prize, Special Prize of Shaanxi Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Achievement Award, and Xi’an Youth Science & Technology Talent Award. Professor Quan was named to Stanford University's 2024 "World's Top 2% Most Influential Scientists" list.
