AESS Member. Minimum of 5 years work experience in industry or academia. AESS BoG membership is not required.

Primary Responsibilities

Organize networking and mentoring events, both virtually and in person.
Manage a program or collaboration tool to share news, updates, and event announcements.
Work with Operations Management to ensure program oversight and that current information is accurately reflected on the AESS website.
Provide reports to the VP Member Services for the Spring and Fall BoG meetings.
Actively participate in the Member Services Committee.

Travel
Is not required for this position.

Expected Meeting Attendance

Member Services Committee Meetings (virtual)
Spring and Fall Board of Governors Meeting (virtual) as requested by the VP Member Services
