IEEE AESS at Rising Stars Conference 2026 – Las Vegas

From January 2nd to 4th, 2026, I had the opportunity to attend the IEEE Rising Stars Conference in Las Vegas as the AESS Young Professionals Representative. During the event, AESS was actively represented through a dedicated booth, providing a great platform to engage with students, young professionals, and early-career engineers from diverse technical backgrounds.

Throughout the conference, I introduced attendees to the IEEE Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society, highlighting its mission, technical scope, and the many benefits of AESS membership. Discussions focused on opportunities available for students and Young Professionals, including technical resources, conferences, mentorship, career development, and active involvement in chapters and committees.

The booth interactions led to meaningful conversations, strong interest in AESS activities, and increased awareness of how AESS supports professional growth and innovation within aerospace and electronic systems. Participating in Rising Stars was a valuable experience that strengthened AESS visibility and reinforced our commitment to supporting the next generation of engineers and researchers.
