Event Summary: The Canadian CubeSat Conference 2026, a 2-day in-person aerospace conference in Montreal, brought together CubeSat students, alumni, researchers, and industry experts from across Canada to share knowledge, showcase satellite research and CubeSat projects, and foster meaningful connections to strengthen Canada's rapidly growing small satellite and CubeSat ecosystem. Dr. Gonzalez-Llorente was invited by SEDS-ÉEDS Canada (Students for the Exploration and Development of Space Canada) as IEEE AESS DL to cover the topic Design of Efficient Electrical Power Systems for Small Spacecraft since the perspective "What makes a CubeSat reliable? Power, autonomy and flight lessons".
