Higher National Engineering School of Tunis (ENSIT) Hosts ASTRONOMICA 4.0
Astronomica is an annual event organized by IEEE AESS ENSIT SBC, held on November 23. The fourth edition was a truly unforgettable experience that brought together a diverse group of professionals, students, and space enthusiasts, all united by the theme of using aerospace technology to combat climate change. The event featured an exciting range of activities, from hands-on workshops to the highly anticipated Ideathon, where participants brainstormed innovative sustainability solutions for Earth and space.
The distinguished lectures were a highlight, offering valuable insights from experts in the field. Dr. Ines Oueslati enlightened us with her session on "Water Management using Satellite Data," showcasing the power of space technology in addressing global water challenges. Dr. Marina Ruggieri inspired the audience with her talk on "Space Sustainability," discussing the importance of creating long-term solutions in aerospace.
