Term
A 1-year term, renewable up to 5 times for a maximum of 6 consecutive years.

Conditions of Eligibility
AESS Member. AESS BoG membership is not required. Radar Systems Panel or past Radar Conference chair is preferable.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide support to conference chairs with AESS-related inquiries.
  • Guide conference chairs on establishing MOUs.
  • Advise on leveraging AESS for conference publicity.
  • Address additional questions related to AESS assistance.

Travel
Travel is not a requirement for this position. However, Radar Systems Panel members are expected to attend at least one radar conference (RADAR or RadarConf) per year, per the conditions of eligibility of panel membership.

Expected Meeting Attendance
Virtual attendance may be requested for this position.
