Event Summary: This was a similar meeting to the earlier DSTEI event in Bangalore, India in Oct 2023. This time, it was in Cusco, Peru with the two DSTEI AESS Student Branch Chapters in Region 9 (Peru, Columbia). Some additional attendees had arrived for the following day's Chapter Summit. I delivered the DL Multiple-Hypothesis Tracking.
