A Roadmap to Future Space Connectivity will be published by Springer in the Summer of 2023.
The editors are Claudio Sacchi, Fabrizio Granelli, Riccardo Bassoli, Frank H.P. Fitzek and Marina Ruggieri.
The book contains 12 selected contributions - namely chapters - authored by leading experts in advanced Space communication technology. Each of these contributions deals, among the others, with emerging topics of satellite communications, interplanetary communications, Mars and Moon exploration, advanced and resilient satellite networking, integration of Space technology with 5G and "beyond 5G” systems, etc.
This book will provide space engineers, academic and industrial researchers, and graduate students with an outstanding overview of the latest developments of ICT in Space, in the framework of a renewed "Space 2.0" vision.
