Description
To recognize an AESS Technical Panel whose performance is particularly noteworthy during the previous year in supporting AESS.
Prize
Certificate and $1,000 for the panel to use in enhancing its operations and furthering AESS objectives. The proposed application of funds by the panel must be pre-authorized by the AESS President or Treasurer.

Basis for Judging
Noteworthy performance in one or more categories:
- leadership and/or participation in AESS conferences
- generation and maintenance of IEEE Standards
- generating and reviewing technical papers in their fields of interest
- providing support and technical guidance in potential new areas of applications in their fields of interest
