The mission of AESS Technical Operations is to establish and maintain Technical Panels in the Society’s fields of interest. These panels aim to stimulate technological advances and enhance member engagement through technical networking, standards development, publications, conferences, chapter meetings, and other professional development activities. From time to time, dedicated Working Groups are also formed to address specific areas of technical interest within the Society. The Technical Panels convene multiple times a year worldwide, typically in conjunction with conferences relevant to their technical focus. Each panel operates under its own charter and bylaws.
