Term

  • 1-year term, renewable twice for a total of 3 consecutive years.
  • No more than five consecutive years, regardless of position held.

Conditions of Eligibility

  • Must be an active IEEE Fellow.
  • Must be an active member of AESS.
  • Cannot serve as a Nominator, Reference, or Endorser for Fellow Nominees​.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Score nominees using IEEE-established evaluation criteria.
  • Submit evaluation forms before deadlines.
  • Ensure confidentiality of the process.

Travel
Is not required for this position.

Expected Meeting Attendance
Virtual committee meeting attendance may be requested for this position.

Not responsible for making any appointments.
